Are pets allowed?

No, Pets are not allowed. Thank you for understanding.

Can I smoke on the apartments? Is there a designated area to do so?

Smoking inside any of our rooms is not allowed. There is considerable penalty for doing so. However we have areas were smoking is allowed. These are:
– Your room balcony or terrace, as long as the door of the apartment is closed
– Garden Area
– Pool Area

Do you offer shuttle service? How much it costs?

How many people can use it and what do I need to do to arrange this service? We offer shuttle service only to our guests, from and to the airport at a cost of $45.00 USD or $900.00 MXN Pesos M.N. (per service). The service will be in a private van for up to 9 passengers and their luggage. The cost for a round service from the airport to the hotel, and from the hotel to the airport has a cost of $90.00 USD or $1,800.00 MXN Pesos M.N. This price will have to be paid at your arrival inside the front desk of the hotel during the check-in process.

I want to check-out after 12:00 PM. Is it possible and how much it costs?

Late check-outs are subject to availability at your departure date and involve an extra cost of $300.00 MXN Pesos or $15.00 USD, this late-check out allows you to exit until 05:00 PM/17:00 Hrs; Please
inform our staff at the front desk if you require this. Payment must be made at the front desk.

I want to enter my room before 03:00 PM/15:00 Hrs. Is it possible and how much it costs?

Early check-ins are subject to availability at your arrival date and involve an extra cost of $300.00 MXN Pesos or $15.00 USD, this early check-in allows you to enter your room after 10:00 AM / 10:00 Hrs. Please inform our staff AT +52 (998) 253 6060 if you require this. Payment must be made at the front desk during your arrival.

Do you offer extra services such as Room Decoration for an Special Event?

We are open to all our guests requests and we try our best to fulfill them if possible, if you need something like this, please contact us at and send all the details you wish to discuss.
